REFUND POLICY
At ROMAA, our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the unique and bespoke nature of our products, we follow specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom and Made-to-Order Items: All custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are specially crafted for you. Ready-to-Wear Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with all tags attached. Accessories and Sale Items: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received. All original tags and packaging must be intact. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Process for Returns
Contact our customer support team at care@romaa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, send the item back to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for items that are defective or damaged and will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper care, alterations, or misuse, or products without a valid proof of purchase.
